It has also been disclosed that the plots will be offered on a 4-year installment plan, and the booking price would be 15% of the total principal amount.
Additionally, the possession of plots would be granted within 2 years after booking.
The management of BTK2 has also disclosed that all the development charges would be included in the booking amount, and no additional amount would be charged.
Bahria Town claims that the development work is being carried out at a rapid pace, and almost 40% of infrastructure work has been finished, including the main gate, mosque, hospital, school, and college.

Customers can choose from residential plots ranging in size from 125 sq. yards to 1,000 sq. yards and commercial plots at 125 sq. yards and 250 sq. yards.

Below is the price and payment plan for Bahria Town Karachi Phase 2.
The plots are available on 4-year easy installment plans with down payments of 8-10% of the principal amount.
Upon making 50% of the payment, possession of the plot will be granted to the customer.
The attached Bahria Town Booking Form requires complete information from the investor and includes the bank details for payment.
Furthermore, it is important to note that the society claims that 40% of the development work has been finished including the main gate, mosque, hospital, school, and college.
