• The managment of Bahria Town (Pvt.) Ltd. reserves the right to change the fees at any time.
• For duplicate inspection card, Rs. 10,000/- will be charged.
• For duplicate set if drawings, Rs. 5,000/- will be charged.
• For transfer of ownership (for approved drawings only) Rs. 5,000/- will charged.
• All payment are non-refundable & valid for one year only.
• All payment are in advance, no design/approval process will start without payment.
• If plan is finalized by client &signed, no refund will be made.
• If plot is Transferred to new owner, previous owner can apply for refund after 10% deduction, only if no design work started.
• Original pament receipt & undertaking on stamp paper is mandatory to be submitted for refund/ transfer of ownership case.
• Plot sq.ft. area will be decide its by-laws & charges slab. E.g.: 8 marla plot with excess area, exceeding 2250 sq.ft. will fall in 10 marla category.
